Although not lacking in flavour this dish does not have the fiery heat of the chilli. It goes well as an accompaniment to other dishes.

 This is a medium hot sauce and although it goes well when a portion is shared among diners with other dishes it is possibly not the best choice as a main dish.
 

Bombay  Aloo

It is prepared using potatoes that are cubed, parboiled and then fried and seasoned with various spices such as cumin, curry, garlic, garam masala, turmeric, mustard seeds, chili powder salt and pepper. Bombay potato can be served as a side dish rather than as a main course.
